Grupo Financiero Galicia S.A. has announced that starting from May 23, 2024, it will distribute a significant cash dividend to shareholders, amounting to Ps. 140,261,065,758.04. The decision was made by the Board of Directors following the authorizations from the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on April 30, 2024. The company assures compliance with the applicable regulations and will provide timely notice as required.
