Greencoat UK Wind PLC has executed a share buyback as part of its previously announced programme, purchasing 246,390 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 141.29 pence per share. The shares acquired will be held in treasury, with the company now holding 13,917,100 treasury shares. This buyback activity may be relevant for shareholders’ calculations concerning their ownership percentage in the company.
