Greencoat UK Wind PLC has successfully executed its share buyback program by purchasing 300,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 137.25 pence per share. The shares acquired will be held in treasury, with the company now retaining 13,370,710 treasury shares. The total number of shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury, stands at 2,294,077,946, relevant for shareholders in compliance with the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
