Greencoat UK Wind PLC has successfully executed a share buyback program, purchasing 350,000 of its ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 136.52 pence each, with the shares subsequently held in treasury. Following the transaction, the company’s total ordinary shares in issue, excluding those held in treasury, stands at 2,294,377,946. This action is part of the company’s strategy as previously announced on 26 October 2023.
