Greencoat UK Wind PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 343,867 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 138.28 pence per share. After the transaction, the company now holds 12,470,710 shares in treasury. The total number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 2,294,977,946, which shareholders can use to assess changes in their stake in the company.
