Greencoat UK Wind (GB:UKW) has released an update.
Greencoat UK Wind PLC has carried out a share repurchase, buying back 300,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 140.13 pence per share, with the highest and lowest prices being 141.20 and 138.90 pence respectively. The shares acquired will be held in treasury, and following this transaction, the Company’s treasury holds 13,970,710 shares. The total number of shares in issuance, excluding treasury shares, now stands at 2,293,477,946.
