Greencoat UK Wind (GB:UKW) has released an update.
Greencoat UK Wind PLC has actively executed its share buyback programme by purchasing 353,610 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 141.50 pence per share. These shares are now held as treasury shares, taking the company’s treasury holdings to 14,270,710 shares. The remaining shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, total 2,293,177,946, which shareholders can use for disclosure calculations under the FCA’s rules.
