Greencoat UK Wind PLC has implemented its share buyback program by purchasing 300,000 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 139.16 pence each. These shares will be held in treasury, and following the transaction, the company’s treasury holds 13,670,710 shares. The total number of shares now in issue, excluding treasury shares, stands at 2,293,777,946, which is relevant information for shareholders concerning disclosure and transparency rules.
