GRC International Group plc has announced the successful passage of all resolutions related to its acquisition by Bloom Seed Bidco Limited, a firm backed by investment funds from Bloom Equity Partners Management, LLC. The acquisition, which is structured as a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement, received overwhelming support from shareholders, with over 99% voting in favor. The completion of the acquisition is subject to court approval and other conditions, with key dates and further announcements to be made available on GRC’s website.
