Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co. has announced the successful registration and upcoming issue of the second tranche of Green Ultra-Short-Term Financing Bonds in 2024, with a total amount not exceeding RMB2 billion. The initiative, approved by the company’s board and annual general meetings, aligns with resolutions from 2020 and 2022 and is underwritten by the Bank of China Limited. The registration, accepted by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, will remain valid for two years.
