Goldman Sachs Group (GS) has issued an announcement.
Philip Berlinski, the Global Treasurer of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., and a top executive, has announced his retirement, set for June 1, 2024. After serving as CEO of Goldman Sachs Bank USA and interim Head of Platform Solutions, he will be succeeded by Carey Halio, who will take over as Global Treasurer starting May 1, 2024, with the transition process kicking off right away.
