Glorious Property Holdings Limited has announced the resignations of CEO Mr. Zheng Qun Guo and independent non-executive Director Professor Liu Tao, effective from 24 July 2024, both citing personal commitments. Concurrently, the company has appointed Dr. Xue Wen Jun as an independent non-executive Director and chairlady of the Audit Committee. The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Zheng and Professor Liu for their service and confirmed that their departures were amicable.
