Global Atomic Corporation has initiated a private placement aiming to raise up to C$15 million, selling units at C$1.35 each to fund its Dasa Project and bolster general working capital. The units include one common share and a purchase warrant with a C$1.80 exercise price, subject to acceleration if share prices exceed C$2.50. The offering is expected to close by July 31, 2024, with Red Cloud Securities Inc. acting as a finder.
