Frasers Group Plc (GB:FRAS) has released an update.
Frasers Group Plc has actively bought back 62,195 of its own shares on 22 April 2024, as part of a share buyback program that was previously announced, with the shares to be held as treasury shares. After this transaction, Frasers Group now holds over 189 million treasury shares, with the total issued shares excluding those in treasury standing at around 450 million. The buyback, executed through Numis Securities Limited, involved shares purchased at an average price of 799.3563 pence each across various trading venues.
