Frasers Group Plc (GB:FRAS) has released an update.
Frasers Group Plc has successfully acquired certain intellectual property assets from the online fashion retailer Matches Fashion Limited, which is currently under administration. The agreement permits the Joint Administrators to continue selling Matches’ existing stock to benefit the administration process. Notably, the acquired assets do not include Matches’ stock, which remains managed by the Joint Administrators during the continued trading period.
