First Quantum Minerals Ltd. has successfully completed the redemption of its $1.05 billion 7.50% senior notes due in 2025 and $1 billion 6.875% senior notes due in 2026. The redemption was financed through the proceeds of a comprehensive refinancing strategy. The company has fully settled the redemption payment obligations, and the governing indentures have been discharged, ceasing their effect.
