Ferrexpo (GB:FXPO) has released an update.
Ferrexpo PLC has strengthened its partnership with Salzgitter Flachstahl GmbH by signing a Memorandum of Understanding to supply high-quality iron ore pellets for Salzgitter’s low-carbon steel production program, SALCOS. This collaboration is set to enhance Europe’s transition to greener steel production, with Ferrexpo’s direct reduction (DR) pellets playing a crucial role in reducing emissions. The agreement not only cements Ferrexpo’s role as a key supplier in Europe but also supports the Ukrainian economy during these challenging times.
