Fangdd Network Group Ltd. has engaged MM Global Securities, Inc. as their exclusive placement agent on a ‘best efforts’ basis for the offering of their securities, which could include Class A ordinary shares or pre-funded warrants. The placement agent will receive a fee of 7% of the aggregate gross proceeds from the securities sale, and the company will cover all related offering expenses. The offering’s success, however, is not guaranteed and is contingent upon a variety of market conditions and required approvals.
