Experian plc (EXPGF) (GB:EXPN) has released an update.
Experian plc has announced the purchase of 42,000 of its own shares as part of an ongoing share repurchase program, with the transaction conducted through BofA Securities Europe SA on the 18th of April, 2024. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 3,190 to 3,265 pence, resulting in a weighted average price of 3,217.5642 pence per share and will be held as treasury shares. Following the purchase, Experian plc’s total treasury shares amount to 53,672,546, while the total number of shares in issue stands at 918,516,814.
