Experian plc (EXPGF) (GB:EXPN) has released an update.
Experian plc, the leading global information services firm, has announced the purchase of 42,000 of its own shares at prices between 3,256.0000 and 3,282.0000 pence per share, with the weighted average price being 3,269.2170 pence. These shares will be held as treasury shares, and this buyback is part of an ongoing share repurchase programme that has seen Experian acquire 2,581,909 shares to date. Following the transaction, Experian’s total number of shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, is 918,391,033.
