Experian plc (EXPGF) (GB:EXPN) has released an update.
Experian plc, the global information services leader, has announced the purchase of 42,000 of its own shares as part of an ongoing share repurchase program, with the transactions ranging in price from 3,262 to 3,308 pence per share. The acquired shares will be held as treasury shares, bringing the total held to 53,840,546. The total number of shares in issue now stands at 918,349,033, excluding treasury shares.
