With a rich background in finance, having held pivotal roles at Baxter International and 3M Company, Bloomer brings valuable experience to his upcoming role. He will initially join as Executive Vice President, Finance before transitioning to CFO, with an enticing compensation package that includes a $600,000 base salary, potential bonuses, and a multimillion-dollar equity award, along with severance benefits should his employment end under specific conditions. Current CFO Jeffrey T. Elliott will become a special advisor following the transition.
