EnQuest PLC has reported a recent buyback of 100,590 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 10.76 GBp per share on October 14, 2024. To date, the company has purchased 39.77 million shares, with 25 million held in Treasury for future issuance to the Employee Benefit Trust and the rest cancelled, thereby reducing the number of shares in issue and potentially increasing shareholder value. The cancellation of shares adjusts the total voting rights in the company to 1,876,149,831.
