Eni S.p.A. has reported the acquisition of 3,442,000 treasury shares, representing 0.10% of its share capital, at an average price of €14.4772 per share between May 27 and May 31, 2024. The total investment for these transactions amounted to €49,830,476.85. This purchase is part of the first tranche of a treasury shares program intended to support the Employees Stock Ownership Plan for 2024-2026.
