Eni S.P.A. (E) has released an update.
Eni S.P.A.’s Board of Directors has proposed a shareholder remuneration plan through a new buyback program, with plans to purchase up to 328 million shares and a possible increase in spend to €3.5 billion in favorable conditions. Additionally, the Board has approved a bond issue of up to €5 billion for general corporate purposes and declared the fourth tranche of the 2023 dividend at €0.23 per share, to be paid in May 2024.
