Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – Eletrobras has successfully settled its 5th issuance of debentures, amounting to R$3.008 billion, designed exclusively for professional investors. The offering included two series of non-convertible, unsecured debentures for Eletrobras and one series for subsidiary CHESF, with Eletrobras acting as the guarantor. This strategic financial move aims to fulfill obligations and support the company’s investment plans, while also highlighting the company’s ongoing market offerings, including those by its subsidiaries.
