Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – Eletrobras has requested a 90-day extension for the work of the Mediation and Conciliation Chamber of the Federal Public Administration, which is addressing an issue previously announced on December 20, 2023. This extension is to continue the mediation process initiated by a decision from Justice Nunes Marques. The company has assured stakeholders that any outcomes from this process will be subject to approval by its governing bodies, in line with its Bylaws and pertinent laws.
