Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – Eletrobras has announced plans to propose executive compensation for the fiscal year 2024 and a board member nomination at its upcoming Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting. The company also intends to move forward with the IPO of its subsidiaries Eletrobras Eletronorte and Eletrobras CGT Eletrosul, while suspending delisting procedures for Eletrobras Chesf.
