Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – Eletrobras has announced the approval of its 5th issue of non-convertible unsecured debentures, aiming to raise up to R$3.5 billion. The offering, exclusively for professional investors, will consist of two series with maturities in 2029 and 2031, respectively, and the proceeds will be used for corporate purposes, including investments and liability management. The company also approved subsidiary debenture issues totaling R$2.5 billion, with Eletrobras serving as the primary guarantor.
