Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A – Eletrobras has announced a significant dividend distribution of R$ 1.29 billion for fiscal year 2023 to its shareholders across various share classes. The dividends are scheduled for payment on May 9, 2024, and shareholders must be on the company’s register by the AEGM date, April 26, 2024, to be eligible. Unclaimed dividends will revert to the company after three years from the payment commencement date.
