Draganfly Inc., an innovative drone solutions provider, has announced a new registered direct offering priced at approximately US$3.5 million. The offering comprises over 13 million units, each including a share and a warrant, with an aim to fund the company’s growth initiatives and general corporate needs. Set to close on or about May 1, 2024, the proceeds will support new product demand, working capital requirements, potential acquisitions, and further research and development.
