Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. has been fined MXN 651,420 by the Mexican health regulatory authority COFEPRIS for not adhering to the pre-import notification guidelines for a reference standard of an API. The company disclosed the penalty, which equates to approximately INR 28 Lakh, as a regulatory update under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
