At the Dow Inc. 2024 Annual Meeting, 82% of outstanding shares voted, electing all director nominees with 93-98% approval and passing management proposals on executive compensation and the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as auditors with over 92% support. Stockholder proposals on written consent and single-use plastics were rejected, with 57% and 73% against, respectively. The Board also appointed Richard K. Davis as Lead Director, signaling stable leadership for the upcoming year.
