Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional has announced the approval of its 15th issuance of simple debentures, aiming to raise R$800 million through a public offering targeted at qualified investors. The debentures, with maturities of 10 and 15 years, will provide tax benefits and have interest rates to be defined via a bookbuilding procedure. The proceeds are earmarked for infrastructure projects in the logistics and transport sectors, specifically railways, within two years of the offering’s closure.
