Coupang (CPNG) has released an update to notify the public and investors about an entry into a material definitive agreement.
Coupang, Inc. and its subsidiaries have entered into the Fifth Amendment of their Revolving Credit and Guaranty Agreement, which extends the maturity of their revolving credit facility to February 27, 2026, and allows for the designation of certain subsidiaries, including Surpique LP, as unrestricted subsidiaries. The amendment also involves the acquisition of all business and assets of Farfetch Holdings plc by Surpique LP and reduces the aggregate commitments under the Credit Agreement to $875 million. No balance was outstanding on the credit facility as of the amendment date.
