Coca Cola HBC (GB:CCH) has released an update.
Coca-Cola HBC AG has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for May 21, 2024, where it will propose the election of Zulikat Wuraola Abiola and Glykeria Tsernou as new non-executive board members, following the retirement of Ms. Olusola David-Borha and Ms. Alexandra Papalexopoulou. Additionally, the company will resolve a dividend of EUR 0.93 per share to be paid in June 2024, with a total cap of CHF 375 million. The AGM will cover a comprehensive agenda including approval of financial reports, election of directors, and decisions on shareholder remuneration.
