Coca Cola HBC (GB:CCH) has released an update.
Coca-Cola HBC AG has announced the repurchase of 54,521 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from £26.0200 to £26.3400 per share, under its share buyback program initiated in November 2023. These shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of being used for employee incentive schemes or potentially cancelled upon shareholder approval. Following this transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 365,528,352.
