Mark Anderson has abruptly resigned from his position as a Class III director on the Board of Cloudflare, Inc., where he also served on the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. His resignation is not due to any disputes over operations, policies, or practices within the company. Prior to stepping down, Anderson had taken on the role of President of Revenue at Cloudflare earlier in the year, and his contributions as a director are acknowledged with gratitude.
