CleanSpark, Inc. has enhanced its computational capabilities by amending its initial agreement with Bitmain, opting for the advanced S21 Pro servers instead of the original S21 model. The company has committed $374.4 million for 100,000 upgraded units, which promise greater efficiency and potential for increased revenue due to their higher hashrate and energy efficiency. The revised agreement and the exercise of the purchase option signal CleanSpark’s strategic move to bolster its operational efficiency with deliveries commencing in June 2024.
