China Ecotourism Group Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Chan Ming Fai as an independent non-executive director, effective 19 July 2024, to focus on his career and personal commitments. Dr. Meng Zhijun will be taking over Mr. Chan’s roles as the chairman of the Audit and Remuneration Committees, and as a member of the Nomination Committee. The company is actively seeking a new independent non-executive director to resolve non-compliance issues with the Listing Rules resulting from Mr. Chan’s departure.
