Hong Kong ChaoShang Group Limited has announced a special general meeting to discuss two major proposals: an increase in the company’s authorized share capital, and a change of the company’s English and Chinese names. Shareholders are invited to attend or appoint a proxy for the meeting scheduled for 10 October 2024. The proposed resolutions include expanding the share capital from HK$100 million to HK$160 million and changing the company name to Modern Innovative Digital Technology Company Limited.
