CareDx (CDNA) just unveiled an announcement.
CareDx, Inc. has announced that John W. Hanna will take the helm as President and CEO starting April 15, 2024, as well as joining the Board as a Class III director. Hanna brings a wealth of experience from his previous CEO role at Apton Biosystems and leadership positions at both Veracyte, Inc., and Pacific Biosciences. His new compensation package includes an initial annual salary of $675,000 with the potential for a 100% performance bonus, and equity incentives valued at $8 million that vest over time. Hanna’s appointment coincides with the dissolution of the Company’s Office of the Chief Executive Officer, with previous members assuming other executive roles within the company.
