Canadian National Railway Company (TSE:CNR) has released an update.
At the Canadian National Railway Company’s recent shareholder meeting, all 11 management-nominated director candidates were successfully elected, with shareholder support ranging from 99.10% to 99.87%. Moreover, KPMG LLP was reappointed as the company’s auditors, and both the Management Long-Term Incentive Plan amendments and the Climate Action Plan received overwhelming approval, with more than 97% of votes in favor. A shareholder proposal, however, was notably rejected, with 90.08% voting against it.
