Caledonia Mining (CMCL) has released an update.
Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc is issuing 335 common shares to staff members as part of the vesting of long-term incentive plan awards, aimed at aligning management’s performance with shareholder expectations and boosting employee retention. The shares will be traded on AIM around April 12, 2024, bringing the total issued shares to 19,194,860. Additionally, new LTIPs have been granted to 100 staff members, including significant awards to top executives.
