Burford Capital (GB:BUR) has released an update.
Burford Capital Limited has announced a share repurchase program to buy back up to £5.0 million of its ordinary shares to fulfill future obligations under its deferred compensation plan. The program will be managed by Numis Securities Limited, will operate within set parameters, and the purchases are to be made on AIM, part of the London Stock Exchange. The repurchased shares will be held in treasury with the possibility of being used for employee share schemes or other purposes.
