Burford Capital Limited, a leading finance and asset management firm in the legal sector, has implemented its share buyback program, purchasing 51,659 Ordinary Shares on March 26, 2024. The shares were acquired through Numis Securities Limited at prices ranging from 1191.00 to 1220.00 GBp, with a volume-weighted average price of 1199.1084 GBp. These shares will be held in treasury, resulting in a new total of 218,673,490 voting rights in the company.
