Burford Capital Distributes Shares to Executives

Burford Capital (GB:BUR) has released an update.

Burford Capital Limited has announced the distribution of 202,018 ordinary shares to top executives as part of its Deferred Compensation Plan, with new shares also issued to certain employees. With the addition of 208,691 new shares, the company’s total voting rights now stand at 219,387,838, excluding treasury shares. These shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and listed on the New York Stock Exchange by June 28, 2024.
