Marcus E. Bromley and Guy P. Sansone, key figures on the Board of Directors for Brookdale Senior Living Inc., have announced they will not seek reelection at the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting. Both will remain in their roles until their terms expire at the meeting’s conclusion. Their departure is not the result of any dispute with the company’s operations or management.
