With over 25 years of financial leadership experience, Ms. Chong will also serve as CFO of the company’s subsidiary, MRNA Scientific Sdn. Bhd. This strategic appointment, recommended by the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee, marks a significant step in strengthening the company’s financial oversight and compliance with U.S. federal securities laws and Nasdaq rules.
