Bath & Body Works (BBWI) has provided an announcement.
Thomas J. Kuhn has resigned from his director role at Bath & Body Works, effective April 20, 2024, leading to an immediate reduction of the board size to 12 members. This number will further decrease to 10 after the 2024 Annual Meeting, due to Patricia S. Bellinger and Michael G. Morris choosing not to seek re-election.
